Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or partnership development.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 12 years of experience in the payments or banking industry.
  • Experience working with digital payments.
  • Experience driving results in a matrixed organization.
  • Understanding of platforms to deliver the customer solutions.
  • Ability to drive results across technical and business domains.
  • Excellent partnerships, communication, and problem-solving skills.

About the job

As a Credit Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with internal and external cross-functional teams to drive critical business initiatives with Google partners. You will lead interactions with our partners, and engage on a day-to-day basis for accomplishing objectives. You will help build out credit opportunities for Google Pay (GPay).

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to shape the future of Google Pay in close partnership with the financial services ecosystem and service providers.
  • Build Credit partnerships and business for GPay India. Manage partnerships to achieve business goals.
  • Build relationships with potential partners, especially in the area of consumer credit.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver maximum impact for the partner and Google Pay. Work with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams on new feature launches, strategic initiatives, and other operational areas to grow Google Pay adoption.
  • Design processes with monitoring and engagement along with Product, Partner Operations, Compliance, Policy, and Engineering teams and network partners to create an experience for our customer and merchant partners.
