Product Engineer, Product and Test Lead, Silicon
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in VLSI technologies, product and test engineering, and semiconductor processing
- Experience in Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) or System-Level testings using Advantest or UFlex systems
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in the following areas: VLSI technologies, Product and Test Engineering, Semiconductor Processing
- Experience with Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) test platforms (e.g., Advantest 93K , Teradyne UltraFlex Systems On Chip (SoC) test system)
- Experience with System Level Testing using Advantest SLT platform
- Knowledge of design for test (DFT) techniques and structural tests (e.g., Scan/ATPG, JTAG and memory BIST) and familiarity with testing sensors (e.g., PVT sensors, Temp sensors, etc.)
- Familiar with process technology, and how it relates to design and testing Data analysis (e.g.,wafer sort, final test)

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $146,000-$220,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Manage overall project execution, test cost determination, end-to-end supplier and test plan, and product specification review. Publish DFx ideas and advocate for design architecture and milestone task/tracking.
- Test hardware design (e.g., probe card, Load board) and program development on UFLEX, 93K, or other Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) platforms.
- Oversee IC product bring-up, verification and characterization on ATE New Product Introduction (NPI) production program release. Trouble-shoot on different failure modes and test coverage improvement on ATE.
- Engage in daily cross-functional engagement/plan with Technical Program Mangers, Technical Data Review/Correlation, key characterization data sign-off, project issue triaging and meet TTY (Test Time, Yield).
- Oversee manufacturing test program release sign-off, management, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) sign-off, characterization documentation repository or eFuse definition for Product Development and Test Engineering.
