Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in a customer-facing role, interfacing with executives, and driving customer transformation programs.
  • Experience leading application development and deployment programs leveraging DevOps and Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience driving digital innovation using cloud-based solutions (IaaS/PaaS) and managing initiatives across engineering, sales, support, and services.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Management, Technical, or a related field.
  • Experience with delivery, operational, and escalation processes.
  • Experience leading enterprise organizations through a people, process, and technology transformation.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and their relationship to the account architecture and road map.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem solving, and program management skills.

About the job

In this role, you will partner with Customer Technical and Business Executive Leadership teams to help with value realization, automate application development, and enable them to develop solutions, and deliver innovation to the end users. You will work with the Account team to identify opportunities for partnership. You will also partner with customer technical executives to identify opportunities to drive innovation into the service offerings with Google Cloud.

You will lead the acceleration of service adoption of Google Cloud, guiding more technical customers through the people, process, and technology facets of the Google Cloud adoption journey. You will understand the customer business objectives and regularly engage with stakeholders across a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the adoption and onboarding of Google Cloud at key organizations to help customers realize the business value of partnerships and offerings.
  • Define and build a joint plan with identified objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks, and metrics.
  • Form strategic relationships with key stakeholders to understand business within the industry and develop roadmaps.
  • Guide IT executives through the organizational changes, and help them staff, train, and align people and partners to deliver on the cloud transformation.
  • Partner with customer-facing Account teams and executives to develop technical plans to achieve the business objectives.
