Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • 15 years of experience in business development leadership.
  • Experience communicating across cross-functional partners (e.g., Marketing, Engineering, Sales) at all levels of management.
  • Experience working in product or platform business generation, ecosystem, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Experience with finance and economics, helping to define business metrics in partnership with finance teams

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience developing Internet products and technologies, or technical product management (i.e., creating and driving strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams).
  • Experience in one or more of the following business domains: Search, Digital Ads/Publishing/Media, Enterprise Productivity, Web Ecosystem, Operating Systems.
  • Experience building and leading diverse teams, and incorporating diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies into team’s day-to-day work.
  • Experience managing in a matrixed environment in a global capacity.
  • Knowledge of, and passion for Google Chrome browser and the Internet.
  • Excellent market and competition analysis skills to develop partnerships and strategies.

The US base salary for this full-time position is $550,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and land the long-term growth strategy for the Chrome business across consumer, small business, enterprise and web publisher, merchant, and developer segments.
  • Serve as the day-to-day business decision maker for the Chrome business, and represent Chrome externally in key developer, partner, and industry interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with Product and Engineering, Developer Relations, Marketing, Finance, Partnerships, and GTM/Sales in crafting and executing against growth strategies and plans across all segments (i.e., consumer, enterprise, developer) of our business.
