The US base salary range for this full-time position is $136,000-$203,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Build an ongoing program to support and scale our Data Center Infrastructure Testing and Commissioning processes.
• Troubleshoot test process failures, escalate risks, solve problems, and follow-up on results. Implement a strong team-wide standard testing culture, and optimize it for scale.
• Lead, coordinate, and interface with the vendors, integrators, commissioning agents, and other cross-functional teams to mannage complex dependencies, coordinate test schedules, assist test scope and variances, align competing priorities, and help with change management.
• Pair with technical leads to optimize our testing process for first-of-a-kind and subsequent equipment products.
• Manage communication of project progress/status within the core team and external to the team (e.g., customers, partners, etc), and escalate issues as necessary.
