Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in consulting, influencing, advising, and communicating with executive leaders.
Experience in Supply Chain operations, manufacturing environment, including Supply Chain Risk or business continuity.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in supply chain operation roles in global, product supply chains.
Experience in stakeholder management.
Experience in driving complex, multi-dimensional initiatives from inception through landing.
Ability to successfully influence, support agile decision making, and catalyze change across levels and organizational boundaries.
Excellent project management and metrics design skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills, business acumen, and effective verbal and written communication skills.

We plan, buy, build, and deploy infrastructure (e.g., servers, storage, networking, Machine Learning (ML) accelerators, and Cloud platforms) to deliver capacity at scale for Google needs.

As the Global Supply Chain Risk and Resilience Lead, you will be a critical thought partner to the supply chain leadership team, responsible for identifying, assessing, managing, and mitigating all types of risk and driving resilience and business continuity across our supply chain network by leading strategic and operational initiatives. You will actively partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive insights and recommendations that are high-visibility and high-impact. You are responsible for influencing strategy, developing scalable implementation plans, and partnering globally to ensure the success of the business. You'll develop ambiguity and unite cross-functional teams towards a common goal. You will have a bias towards action while thinking methodically.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$269,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Be a trusted partner to supply chain leadership on anticipating, sensing, mitigating, and managing supply chain risk across our global supply base, manufacturing and logistics partners, and supply chain systems.
Develop supply chain risk strategy and vision in partnership with supply chain leadership. Transform strategy into capabilities and initiatives with a clear activation plan, practical risk management, and business resiliency practices.
Be accountable for overall supply chain risk management program working with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risk, and meet industry and regulatory risk requirements.
Develop business processes and tools to continuously assess and monitor risk, drive business continuity planning, sense disruptive events, and manage recovery from these events.
Support and collaborate with teams in Cloud security, Enterprise risk management, and other Risk and Compliance teams across Google and driving cross-functional engagement.
