Minimum qualifications:
- Experience in program management, project management, or process improvement, managing projects with multiple players across cross-functional teams.
- Experience in Supply Chain, Planning or Logistics.
- Experience working on feature prioritization, risk analysis, risk management, and operational efficiency.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working on hardware products (optics, servers, networking, storage).
- Experience in one or more of the following fields: Code/Scripting, Mfg/Product Eng, PDM/Product Lifecycle Management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and drive complex operational and strategic initiatives, involving cross-functional teams.
- Excellent computer application skills and attention to detail, quick learner with creative problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage network infrastructure capacity delivery programs and understand partner team dependencies, constraints, designs and forecasting mechanisms that impact the business by engaging early and often, collaborating on process improvements and communicating
- Work with partner teams to ensure project priorities are aligned and resources are secured and to ensure that product change requests are analyzed, controlled and any required changes communicated in a timely manner.
- Drive root cause corrective actions and make recommendations to the business to prevent known issues from recurring and constraining capacity.
- Work closely with functional groups to ensure that product change requests are analyzed, controlled and any required changes communicated in a timely manner.
- Support development of new processes, standards, policy, procedures, and material ordering tools that increase operational efficiencies and develop and maintain key business metrics.
