Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, intel, audit, business operations, or equivalent risk related roles.
  
• Experience in program or project management.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with data visualization, business intelligence or global risk and compliance tools.
  
• Technical writing expertise, ideally correlated with regulatory compliance, risk domain, or similar.
  
• Practical technical risk management expertise including risk analytics, risk modeling, risk and control assessments, incident monitoring, and scenario analysis.
  
• Excellent relationship management and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive collaboration and influence cross-functionally and with executive-level leadership.
  
• Excellent attention to detail, analytic capacity, and experience operationalizing or developing systematic structure within a complex environment.
  
• Excellent project/program management capabilities, verbal and written communication skills, and ability to challenge.
