Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 5 years of experience in leading multiple projects or programs at one time.
  
• Ability to communicate in Japanese and English fluently.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge of entrepreneurship and bias for action, with experience going from idea to impact.
  
• Understanding of founder needs and issues along with the Japan startup ecosystem and engaged landscape.
  
• Ability to take initiative and work with a sense of urgency.
  
• Ability to work across disciplines effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple stakeholders.
  
• Excellent project management and influencing skills.
  
• Excellent networking, problem-solving, investigative, and communication skills.
