- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience structuring capital intensive projects.
- Experience with any of the following: site selection for high-technology, industrial-scale projects, real estate evaluation, acquisition, development, and construction.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Real Estate, Business Management, or Finance.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or other relevant professional certification.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with commercial and technical creative solutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with executive audiences.
