Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience delivering enterprise financial systems, and project management and process transformation experience.
- Experience building and leading a remote site for a corporation, defining the team mission, and facilitating collaboration with engineers.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of software engineering and product lifecycle experience and ability to explain complex business or technical concepts.
- Experience migrating legacy financial first-party and third-party systems to SAP.
- Experience with cloud technologies, and experience developing and testing enterprise applications.
- Experience building test automation frameworks.
- Experience operating within and leading cross-functional teams, with the ability to forge close professional relationships.
