- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in structuring capital intensive projects.
- Experience with any of the following: site selection for high-technology, industrial-scale projects, real estate evaluation, acquisition, development, and construction.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA degree.
- Certification in CPA or other relevant professional certifications.
- Ability to work cross-functionally while coming up with commercially and technically creative solutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with executive audiences.
