Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12 years of experience as a technical sales engineer lead in a SaaS or cloud provider environment, or in a customer facing role.
  • Experience in leading Customer Engineering and Sales Engineering teams.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science.
  • Experience in database and information management as it relates to big data trends and issues within businesses.
  • Experience in leading Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture teams in a high-growth SaaS vendor.
  • Experience serving in the capacity of a pre-sales, field engineering manager or customer-facing field engineer.
  • Knowledge of PaaS, SaaS, IaaS, public cloud, and related industry.
  • Ability to work occasionally across multiple time zones including United States hours.
