Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 11 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, investment banking, in the Sports, movie/television, gaming, or other Digital Media Distribution industries.
  
• 3 years of experience discussing music agreements.
  
• Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  
• Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• MBA or JD.
  
• Experience in professional services (e.g., consulting, investment banking, law firm).
  
• Willingness to learn with an understanding of technological concepts, financial models, and product features.
  
• Ability to take initiative and build productive relationships externally and internally, including with senior stakeholders.
  
• Expertise in key digital publishing issues and trends in rights management including sync rights, performance licenses (and withdrawals), collection societies and publisher/label relationships.
  
• Ability to communicate in Spanish fluently.
