Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil/Electrical/ Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, EHS, Architecture, Construction management, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  
• Typically 10 years of experience in construction or equivalent industry EHS related experience.
  
• Candidates will typically have 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  
• Experience with Electrical Safety in the Workplace, equivalent to US NFPA 70E.
  
• Experience in data center/hyperscale construction with UK Construction Industry.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Candidates will typically have 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience in a construction/high-tech environment and have a good working knowledge of local EHS legislations around construction.
  
• Experience working with international stakeholders with excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Knowledge of data center structural, electrical, mechanical, and controls equipment.
  
• Passion towards Zero Harm and a commitment to Legal Compliance.
