Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 1 year of experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with Linux or other Unix operating systems.
  
• Experience with optical lab test and measurement instrumentation (e.g., fiber optic active and passive devices), and with fiber optics components handling and cleaning.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  
• 2 years of experience in high-speed optical and electrical test and measurement equipment.
  
• Experience in troubleshooting optical passive components.
  
• Experience with lab test automation frameworks.
  
• Experience with Python, MATLAB, and LabVIEW.
• Understanding of compute and networking systems such as physical, functional, logical, mechanical, optics, electrical, software, thermal, etc.
