Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 10 years of experience within technology, agreements, or legal.
  
• Experience leading teams, coaching, and mentoring.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate, MBA, Master's degree in Law, Finance, or Business.
  
• 10 years of experience leading and advising on enterprise contracting.
  
• Experience in an executive sales or legal role in a technology company.
  
• Experience in discussing agreements for IT sector products and services, agreement drafting, C-level stakeholder management, and working directly with enterprise sellers and customers to fact find and objection handle.
  
• Experience in discussions of enterprise agreements, project management of agreements with customers and cross-functional internal business partners, solving customer concerns with education, deployment of common fallbacks, or bespoke drafting.
