Minimum qualifications:

• Experience with Operating Systems and Networking Protocols.
  
• Experience in a data center, network operation center, help desk, or similar environments.
  
• Experience in maintenance and monitoring of server systems.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience as a team, project or technical lead.
• Knowledge of networking, including topology and protocol understanding.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Ability to communicate in English fluently.
