Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 20 years of experience in Business Development.
- 20 years of experience in the MediaCo industry.
- 10 years of experience leading a team within an organization in an online or technology business.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree, JD, or other advanced degree.
- Solid executive presence and experience presenting to senior leadership, both externally and internally.
- Ability to structure, analyze, and solve complex business problems, as well as deliver impact against concrete business goals.
- Ability to effectively balance short-term tactical and long-term strategic goals as a general manager.
- Ability to be a thought leader, think strategically, develop an outlook and strategy, and inspire others to follow.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment.
