Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in program management and vendor risk management (e.g., privacy, security, and legal requirements).
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience developing and communicating strategy at executive level for decision making with clear recommendations using fact/data based approach.
  
• Experience in dealing with ambiguity, achieving results in a fast-paced environment and continually adapting to changing business needs.
  
• Experience operating and refining strategy and process for risk and compliance of Vendor/BPO relationships.
  
• Experience in vendor risk management (e.g., privacy, security, and legal requirements).
  
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive large-scale organizational change across various workflows, services, and teams.
  
• Demonstrated track record of problem-solving, modeling, and presentation skills.
