Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience with cellular modem features development, analysis, carrier requirement handling, and mobile device certifications.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Technical engagement experience with the cellular carriers.
- Expertise of the 5G NR/LTE PHY and protocol layer procedures, including understanding of L2, RRC, NAS protocol, and expected behaviors from 3GPP point of view.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to take initiatives, manage expectations, drive the features and resolutions delivery, and work with customers and carriers.
