Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  
• Experience working with digital organizations.
  
• Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in management consulting, investment banking, or internet/media.
  
• Experience in commercial agreements such as TV/online video buyer, seller, or key advisor.
  
• Experience operating and working with cross-functional programs.
  
• Ability to navigate complex agreements.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with impeccable business judgment.
