Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in Occupational Health, Environmental, Health, and Safety Team (EHS) or related projects, program management, with 3 years of experience in oversight or operational implementation of EHS incident management systems or overall EHS management systems.
  
• Experience with people management.

Preferred qualifications:

• Project Management qualification.
  
• Office safety, technical safety, health protection or environmental health experience.
  
• Experience with Occupational Health/EHS recordkeeping and reporting requirements and knowledge of global (federal, state, and local) occupational health and safety regulations.
  
• Knowledge and experience of relevant ISO standards (e.g., ISO 18001, 45001, 50001, etc.)
  
• Track record of operational effectiveness, innovation, change management, and of working with diverse teams in a matrixed manner.
  
• Analytical and problem solving using a data informed approach and ability to create key performance indicators for program monitoring.
