Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 7 years of experience in policy analysis focused on technology issues or the surrounding policy environments from working within government, think tanks, public interest groups, technology industry groups or corporate public policy organizations.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years working on social justice, civil and human rights or technology policy issues within government, industry, think tanks, public interest groups, or relevant industry associations.
  
• Direct experience working with or inside a civil and human rights or social justice organization.
  
• Familiarity with Internet/technology policy.
  
• Excellent organizational skills.
  
• Excellent communications skills.
• Analytical curiosity to integrate public policy with business strategy.
