Minimum qualifications:

• 8 years of experience in a strategy consulting or corporate strategy role.
  
• Experience with business analytics/insight teams for global reporting.
  
• Experience with data, synthesizing insights and recommending actions from data, leveraging spreadsheets, and problem-solving tools.
  
• Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• MBA degree, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  
• Experience in prioritization of deliverables and tasks, with the ability to take ownership and action.
  
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving and ambiguous organization, and create a goal and organization that can scale quickly.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and investigative skills, with effective business acumen, professional distinction in thought leadership and innovation.
