Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 2 years of experience in financial/quantitative analysis.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Proficiency in spreadsheets, familiarity with SQL, and analytical experience working with large volumes of complex data.
  
• Ability and willingness to proactively communicate with people including senior leadership.
  
• Ability to craft and deliver a message with credibility to influence senior leadership.
  
• Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to identify the trends in data, build forecasts, and develop insights.
  
• Distinctive problem-solving and analysis skills.
  
• Ability to communicate in business-level Japanese and English fluently.
