Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in advertising, marketing, consulting, media, business development, or advertising agencies.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on both performance and brand marketing.
- Experience assessing and achieving agency success via business techniques including effective questioning, objection handling, compelling narratives, storytelling, and competitive selling.
- Knowledge of traditional versus online marketing strategy and tactics.
- Knowledge of agency business models (digital and traditional), customer retention, growth, and new business acquisition for agencies.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders simultaneously.
- Ability to own a portfolio in a business context, and consistently achieve goals and business objectives to drive growth.
