Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  
• 5 years of experience managing large vendor operations across multiple geographies
  
• Experience in Operations, Strategy, and Planning
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or MBA
  
• Experience in delivering results through cross-functional interaction with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and other functions
  
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive large-scale organizational change across various workflows, services, and teams
  
• Excellent communication and discussing agreement skills, including ability to influence executives in cross-functional teams
  
• Demonstrated record of problem-solving, analytical, modeling, and presentation skills
  
• Excellent program management skills, and attention to detail
