Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Communications, Business/Operations Research, a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience in management consulting, product/sales operations, product/engineering management, finance or a similar field.
  • Experience in executive stakeholder management, program management, change management, communication strategy, and partnering on headcount planning and resource mapping.
  • Experience working with and analyzing data.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in vendor operations management or overseeing vendor operations programs.
  • Ability to take initiative, address challenges, make continuous process improvements while driving projects to completion.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, strategically focused, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Proven success in planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level.
