Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12 years of experience in the extended workforce, vendor management, or procurement industry.
  • Experience in devising and implementing strategies and business improvements.
  • Experience in a vendor management/service delivery leader role, managing operations across multiple suppliers and geographies in the technology space.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in vendor management, including driving vendor strategy, process improvement, sales support of key goals and metrics tracking, managing multiple global vendors in agreements and execution of extended workforce projects.
  • Ability to collaborate and develop partnerships effectively.
  • Ability to manage projects across multiple stakeholders and geographies.
  • Ability to grow in an ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, story-telling, and communication skills, with the ability to influence executive C-Suite stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and quantitative skills.
