Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, a related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience
  
• 8 years of experience as a Manufacturing, Quality, Reliability, or Product Engineer
  
• 5 years of experience in quality of computing hardware and high-impact engineering issue resolution with contract manufacturers and engineering teams
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field
  
• Six Sigma Blackbelt, American Society for Quality certification (CQE, CQM, CRE, or CQA), or equivalent certification/experience
  
• 7 years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or Product Engineering of cloud hardware technology or electronics hardware systems
  
• Experience leading cross-functional teams using Quality Metrics, Design of Experiments or Statistical Process Control/Six Sigma, with a proven track record of technical leadership and executive communication
  
• Comprehensive knowledge of product development, manufacturing processes, and test/debug methods
  
• Data analytic skills to enable deep dives into test data, with knowledge of R and SQL
