Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3 years of experience in management consulting, product/sales operations, product/engineering management, finance or a similar field.
  
• Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple projects.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or MBA in a management, technical, or engineering field
  
• 7 years of experience in software product management
  
• Experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives and experience partnering effectively on cross-functional projects or teams
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills, including modeling and presentation skills
• Exceptional people and verbal/written communications skills, business judgment, and work ethic
  
• Independent with a team-oriented work style
