Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Process Management, Operations, Industrial/Process Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 8 years of experience in Demand/Supply Planning, Supply Chain Program Management, and Materials Management.
  
• Experience in developing and leading teams.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in managing vendor agreements and executing extended workforce projects.
  
• Ability to deliver results against key operational metrics and key performance indicators, to diagnose issues and drive corrective actions to improve performance.
  
• Excellent team player, with the ability to lead technical teams, cross-functional groups, and vendors.
