Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
- 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- 5 years of experience building and operationalizing machine learning models, and 2 years of experience in technical leadership role.
- Active US Government Top Secret clearance.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience training and fine tuning large models (e.g., image, language, segmentation, recommendation, genomics) with accelerators.
- Experience with running MLPerf benchmarks.
- Experience with performance profiling tools (e.g., TensorFlow profiler, PyTorch profiler, TensorBoard).
- Experience with distributed training and optimizing performance versus costs.
- Experience designing/architecting large-scale infrastructure farms for specialist AI use cases.
- Ability to engage with C-level or executive business leaders and influence decisions.
