Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience with Data Centers, Networking, Communication, Hardware, Technical Troubleshooting, Operating Systems, Teamwork, Scripting, and Python.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with and troubleshooting hardware or network related issues using Linux-based tools.
- Experience working within a data center or networking operation center environment.
- Experience with maintenance and monitoring of server systems.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently in order to effectively communicate with representatives.
- Ability to lift/move 20 lbs of equipment as needed.
