Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 3 years of experience working with order management and logistics automation.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  
• Ability to deliver results against key operational metrics and key performance indicators, with ability to diagnose issues and drive corrective actions to improve performance.
  
• Excellent communication skills and ability to successfully influence across multiple levels of the organization.
