Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 4 years of experience in analytics, SQL, or building databases/tools.
  
• 2 years of experience in audit, compliance, or risk management.
  
• Experience managing projects across organizations, and building new programs and processes across a matrixed organization.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience leading implementation of security risk and compliance frameworks for large security programs, including knowledge of applicable global privacy laws, regulations, and binding legal commitments.
  
• Experience in privacy, security or compliance, privacy principles, and relevant technologies.
  
• Audit experience, with an understanding of risk and control frameworks.
  
• Experience building product requirement documents, interest in improving user experience, analytically-minded, logical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
  
• Comfortable with ambiguity, willing to adapt to rapidly changing demands, and the ability to bring order to chaos.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including policy document writing and delivery.
