Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  
• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  
• Experience in the following areas: extended workforce, agreement/vendor management, cost management, operating model design, and associated best practices across the extended workforce/contingent labor landscape.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• MBA.
  
• 3 years of experience in organizational change and implementation of vendor services and capabilities.
  
• 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
  
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to drive impact in a fast-paced environment. Experience with thought leadership in strategic projects that have had an impact on business operations across international markets.
  
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to take complex, ambitious topics and create compelling narratives for different audiences.
  
• Excellent problem solving skills to extract insights from complex, disparate, and often unstructured datasets.
