Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  
• Experience in new business sales, and experience exceeding quota attainment
  
• Ability to communicate in English and French fluently

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience building a pipeline from scratch through strategic and tactical focus and execution
  
• Experience planning, delivering, and executing marketing campaigns, measurement, and creative strategy
  
• Understanding of the online advertising industry and knowledge of the local market with insights into digital and traditional media
  
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a working strategy
  
• Ability to take initiative, manage ambiguity, and grow in a team environment
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions for all clients
