Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 8 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
  
• Experience working as a subject matter expert in extended workforce, contract/vendor management, cost management, operating model design, and associated practices across the extended workforce/contingent labor landscape.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with projects that have an impact on business operations across international markets.
  
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to drive impact in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Passion for advocating for customers and improving the overall customer experience.
