Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• Experience in a business, media, or non-profit environment.
  
• Experience providing communications guidance, influencing senior leaders, and devising communications strategy.
• Experience working with multi-format communications -- written, video, events, business update presentations, and talking points.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Understanding of GTech, business priorities and strategy, and how we could make a bigger impact.
• Understanding of the employee landscape across Poland and Central Eastern Europe.
  
• Ability to think, plan, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion, and work efficiently with a global team of colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and take creative risks.
  
• Demonstrated ability to work calmly and maintain good judgment in ambiguous, fast-paced, high-stress environments, and escalate appropriately.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
