Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or partnerships, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  
• 6 years of experience in a startup/VC related position.

• Ability to network within the early-stage VC community and tech ecosystem.
  
• Ability to create compelling ROI value propositions.
  
• Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing demands of the business.
  
• Excellent influencing skills, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive other stakeholders without reporting authority.
  
• Excellent business development skills, with experience managing multiple evolving projects.
