Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 10 years of experience within one or more of the following fields: Partnerships, Business Development, Strategy, Consulting, or Sales.
  
• Experience influencing across different functions and levels in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
• Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently, to collaborate with colleagues and complete tasks and projects.

Preferred qualifications:

• MBA degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• Familiarity with a cross-functional work environment and navigating large scale organizations.
  
• Understanding of the industry's issues, an outlook for its growth, and a commitment to advance Google's strategies within Korea.
  
• Ability to quickly become immersed in a variety of industries and partner dynamics to provide strategic input and leadership to help drive cross-product area deals.
  
• Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to inspire trust and influence outcomes.
  
• Ability to analyze strategic or complex issues and formulate a path for advancement. Effective analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
