- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with cloud architectures in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience with pre-sales/consulting, delivering technical presentations, and leading discovery and planning sessions with customers.
- Experience with GCP and Vertex AI.
- Experience with chatbot/IVR integration projects through the complete lifecycle using Google Dialogflow.
- Experience with contact centers and IVR architecture.
- Ability to create quick prototypes/demos with CCAI/Vertex Conversation, articulate these to a customer audience, and integrate with existing systems.
- Ability to engage with C-level or senior business leaders and influence decisions.
- Ability to communicate in Thai, Bahasia Indonesia, or Vietnamese fluently to engage and support customers in these regions in navigating industry standards.
