Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 15 years of experience in product operations management across organizations.
  
• 15 years of experience managing technical projects in the software engineering domain.
  
• 5 years of experience leading teams within technical program management or equivalent roles.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Understanding of the complex relationship between the organization and its environment, identifying connections, adopting different perspectives, and responding to changing circumstances in a strategic way.
  
• Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and import and export talent and ideas to achieve a broader organizational goal.
• Ability to manage changing specifications or standards, and create the conditions in which the team feels comfortable and capable of working through in response to ambiguity
  
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills that drive executional impact at scale.
