Minimum qualifications:

• 15 years of experience in general management or product development, including product conception and launching, building, and growing consumer products.
  
• 5 years of experience managing multi-disciplinary teams including Product Management, Product Operations, Program Management, Engineering, and Marketing.
  
• Experience building, managing, and developing a team product managers, program managers, or engineers.
  
• Experience driving top and bottom line business results as a leader of a product or service vertical

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 5 years of experience in consulting, brand/category management, or B2B services, with a focus in retail/CPG or pricing, promotions, and trade
  promotions.
  
• Experience in one of more of the following: Promotions/Trade Promotions Management and Optimization, Pricing Optimization, Location Based Marketing, Coupon/Agreement Aggregation and Distribution.
  
• Experience launching and scaling new businesses inside a large, complex organization.
• Innovative thinker with the ability to grow in ambiguity, collaborate across organizational boundaries, and build relationships, importing talent and ideas to achieve a broader organizational goal.
