Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 1 year of experience with product management in technical product development while working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, UX/UI, and Product/Program Management).
  
• 1 year of experience in mobile phone testing of 5G/4G technologies.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in 5G R15/R16 carrier requirements and driving cellular field testing projects across multiple product areas and distributed sites, with competing resources and priorities.
  
• Experience in 5G/4G log analysis and debug issues from field tests.
  
• Experience in 5G (FR2/FR1)/4G Modem/Telephony.
  
• Knowledge of 5G/4G to drive field functional/performance and Carrier test.
  
• Ability to influence, collaborate, and deliver solutions in a changing environment.
  
• Excellent organizational, stakeholder management, project management, data analysis, and communication skills.
