Minimum qualifications:

• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
• 1.5 years of experience in a leadership role (e.g., technical leadership or people management, supervision, or team leadership).
  
• 1 year of experience building tools that improve development velocity, code quality, or code health.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in one or more of the following: infrastructure development, optimizing software, analytics, building tools and testing frameworks, code health.
