Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  
• 2 years of experience in New Product Introductions (NPI), such as demand planning, supply planning, or NPI operations.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  
• Ability to continually generate multiple what-if scenarios, define corresponding plans of actions, adjust plans as unknown variables become known, and orchestrate closed loop execution across multiple functional teams.
  
• Ability to influence without direct authority, work across siloed domains, and facilitate agile decision making.
  
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with sharp attention to detail, a complexity mindset, and ability to approach each engagement with an agile and adaptive mindset.
  
• Excellent communication skills to represent a range of topics with audiences of different levels.
