Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (e.g., Supply chain Management, Transportation, Operations Management) or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 5 years of experience with transportation supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing team members.
  
• Experience with transportation operations managing various modes of transportation (e.g., air, ocean, truck, parcel, etc.).
  
• Experience leading cross-functional and third-party project teams to deliver results.
  
• Experience with interpreting carrier rates, contracts, and tariffs, and in the use of distribution strategies (e.g., sortation, hub bypass, and zone skipping).
  
• Ability to communicate in English fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience being accountable for cost, quality, and service performance and making decisions when trade-offs are needed.
  
• Experience driving performance through metrics and using data for process improvement, as well as making group presentations.
  
• Experience working across all levels, from associates to senior-level leaders.
  
• Ability to communicate in Chinese or other local Asia Pacific languages.
• Ability to operate in a global multi-cultural environment.
  
• Excellent work initiative, judgment, diplomacy, and professional skills.
